Sushi fusión restaurante

Very good quality food, excellent service from the waiter. A very good experience and a very nice place.

The truth is, I think the price-performance ratio is the best in all of Castellón, no exaggeration. I'm a regular customer, and they never disappoint me with their nigiri and the delicious sushi they make. I used to go to the sushi bar in El Puerto de Sagunto, which I don't think needs mentioning in this review, and this one is on par, even surpassing it.

We've been coming here for a while. The restaurant is clean and very nice. The waiter is very professional and attentive. The food is very good. I have no complaints whatsoever; I recommend it.

Finally a good and beautiful all-you-can-eat buffet in La Vall, don't think twice, if you want to eat well and in quantity at a reasonable price for a buffet this is your place, there will be things you won't like, there are more than 80 dishes to choose from and repeat. Very good service, always attentive. I will repeat

Everything we tried was delicious and the truth is that it took almost no time. We went on Sunday at noon, the price of the buffet without water and dessert is €18/€19. All the sushi pieces were good, my only drawback is that the seaweed needed a little more time to become less compact. We have tried some very delicious mango pieces, the battered prawns were also good. The service was fast and the waitresses were very friendly. Something like this was needed in La Vall, we will definitely repeat to finish trying the menu!!

Sushi Fusion is a buffet with a wide variety of unlimited dishes. -Lunch menu Mon-Fri: €18 (Drinks not included, nor dessert or coffee) -Evening, weekend, and holiday menu: €23 (Drinks not included, nor dessert or coffee) Recommendations: Flambéed salmon nigiri, yakiudon, salmon uramaki, with flambéed salmon and Philadelphia cheese. +€5 extra if you don't finish your meal, so you can take it home in a Tupperware container. If I had to say something negative, I'd say that almost everything we ordered had a kind of spicy sauce on top. Next time I'll take a closer look at the menu and try to order without it. I'll be back, 9/10.

Everything was excellent at Sushi Fusion. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive throughout. Without a doubt, this is a place I recommend and will return to soon.

My daughter and I have been here repeatedly and have always been treated as if it were our first time, with a professional attitude and warm hospitality. Add to that the top-notch quality-price ratio, and you have unlimited sushi (and more), and the result is...of all the options at La Vall, we'd have a hard time ruling out Sushi-Fusion. The best sushi we've ever had. We used to go to the buffet in Puerto de Sagunto, but after trying this place, we'll always come here. We'll definitely come back.

I got hooked on sushi at this place. The place is gorgeous and the food is delicious. And the waiter's service is spectacular. I've been to many restaurants, and almost all of them treat you pretty badly. This one clearly cares about customer service. And the owner of the place... wonderful, always very attentive.
